Biography
MARK E. COWAN has practiced law in Guam for over 45 years and is one of Guam's premier transactional attorneys. He continues to be Of Counsel to the firm and to consult and advise clients based on his extensive experience in the areas of banking and finance, business and commercial law, business organization, sales and acquisitions, real estate, including financing and acquisitions, insurance, including health insurance. His practice also includes wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and estate administration.
