Biography
JOAQUIN C. ARRIOLA is the Senior and Founding Partner of Arriola Law Firm and has practiced law for over 65 years. He was Speaker of the 9th and 10th Guam Legislatures and a part-time Associate Justice of the Guam Supreme Court. He represented numerous government agencies, including the Territorial Planning Commission, Small Business Administration, and Guam Housing and Urban Authority. He litigated hundreds of cases in Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, contributing greatly to the development and practice of law in both jurisdictions.
