Biography
JOAQUIN C. ARRIOLA, JR. (JAY) has been a trial attorney for over 30 years, practicing primarily criminal defense and family law. He was a public defender in Santa Clara and San Diego counties in California before returning home to Guam to practice at the firm. Mr. Arriola was the Guam Bar Association president for eight years, and has been the Guam Bar Delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates since 2005. Mr. Arriola was voted consistently "Pika's Best of Guam - Best Divorce Lawyer" from 2014 to 2019.
